Ocean of Hearts- Nail Art Design

Ocean of hearts nail art design is a very simple yet unique design. It brings together a concept ocean covered with hearts. For this design I have used a simple base layer of light blue colour depicting an ocean. The second layer is of multiple heart design by use of red colour.
