Ocean of hearts nail art design is a very simple yet unique design. It brings together a concept ocean covered with hearts. For this design I have used a simple base layer of light blue colour depicting an ocean. The second layer is of multiple heart design by use of red colour. As the ocean comprises of all big and small, the hearts here are different in sizes. Nail Art India brings you many such designs which are concept driven where the motive, yet is to stay creative.
